Applicants download the “Application Form for Admission to Bincai College” and fill it in according to the requirements.The completed application form and scanned copy of passport should be sent to the email of Bincai Chinese College (bincai_cn@163.com)at least one month before enrollment.Once you have submitted your application, we will send you the ” invitaion letter”,the next step is to confirme your booking and paying us your tution fee.
After we have received the fee we will start making all the necessary arrangements for your arrival and send you the ”Admission Notice” or “JW202 Form” within2 weeks after receiving the above materials and are approved. The admitted students can apply for an entry visa to China by presenting Admission Notice or these two documents to the Chinese Embassy (consulate) in the host country.
申请人需提前缴纳学费，学费需用人民币支付，可以通过海外汇款或委托方式支付。其余的费用，如保险、邮费或其他费用，可以在抵达时支付，也可以选择一次性支付全部费用。
Applicants can download the “Application Form for Admission” or get it from Bincai Chinese College. Applicants should submit the completed Application Form to Bincai Chinese College or send the email to Bincai Chinese College(bincai_cn @163.com) one month before enrollment. After approval by the college, students will be notified of the acceptance. The student shall send the original passport, accommodation registration form, medical examination form, two 30*40 photos with white background and other relevant materials to Bincai Chinese College, and go through the visa renewal procedures. The visa application process takes about 10 working days. After receiving the notice that the visa application is completed, the applicant should go to Bincai Chinese College within one week to retrieve the passport.
Upon arrival in China, students need handle the accommodation registration form at the local police station within 24 hours and submit the form for visa application to the College one month in advance.
It takes about 15 working days for visa approval. Students should make preparations in advance if they need to use their passports to handle relevant matters. After the visa is completed, the college teachers will retrieve the passport and give it to the students in time.

1.Different countries have different national conditions，if the student has applied for X1 visa of one month，when he/she arrives in Harbin, we can help him/her with visa alteration and extension（The visa period is the same as the study period）.Students who get the reisidence visa are required to have a physical examination after coming to China, and the cost is about RMB 400.
2.Other fees that need to be paid:
Insurance fees that will be paid to the insurance company for international students.
Visa fee(Depends on Public Security Bureau, students should pay to the public Security Bureau)
3.Within 24 hours after entering in China, the student shall complete “the Registration Form for Foreigners” at the local police station. If overdue, student needs to pay a fine.
